Mayfair Reserve is located opposite the Lower Templestowe Maternal and Child Health Centre and Twin Hills Pre-school.
The themed 'castle' playground is perfect for younger children where they can pour, measure, slide, push and balance the soft fall mulch around the castle.

Our presenter line up includes weather and biodiversity experts Nate Byrne, Professor David Karoly and Dr Greg Moore.
Nate Byrne, is the weather presenter on ABC News Breakfast, meteorologist, oceanographer and science communicator. Nate will discuss the latest climate modelling and how it’s predicted to affect Melbourne’s weather.
Professor David Karoly is an internationally recognised climate change expert. David will explore the latest climate science and how we can help reduce the increasing risk of catastrophic climate change.
Dr Greg Moore is a member of the National Trust of Victoria’s Register of Significant Trees member and inaugural president of the International Society of Arboriculture, Australian Chapter. Dr Moore will discuss how Manningham’s changing climate is impacting local biodiversity.
Inspired Living Series - keynote speaker events
The Inspired Living Series - keynote speaker events showcases five insightful, not-to-be-missed evenings at the iconic Manningham Function Centre.
The series will introduce you to a diverse line-up of local and international keynote speakers offering unique insights on how we can all shift to a greener future.
Topics range from permaculture to sustainable fashion. Each speaker will inspire and motivate simple, positive lifestyle choices, connection to nature and growing a thriving community in the midst dynamic change.
Sensory Quiet Time is designed to provide a calm and relaxing environment for our patrons. Sensory quiet time starts Sunday 13 July 2025 and will be running every sunday between 3.00pm to 4.00pm transforming our indoor pool into a sensory-friendly space.
During Sensory Quiet Time, we will:
- Keep the lights dimmed to reduce visual stimuli.
- Turn off the spa jets to minimise noise and vibration.
- Refrain from making PA announcements unless there is an emergency.
- Encourage all patrons to keep noise to a minimum.
This initiative aims to support individuals with sensory processing issues, autism, anxiety, dementia, and anyone who prefers a quieter and more tranquil pool experience. All members are welcome to enjoy the pool during this time, provided they respect the sensory-friendly environment.
The cost is regular entry to the centre.
Join in the 5th anniversary gala event dedicated to promoting Cantonese culture, arts, and community spirit.
This promises to be a memorable occasion filled with joy, reflection, and artistic expression.

Wetherby Reserve is a small but attractive reserve located on Wetherby Road immediately opposite the Renshaw Street local shopping centre. A part of Wetherby Road and the indented bus stop have been constructed within the Reserve. It consists of an informal grassed area, with mature trees and garden beds.

Andersons Creek North Reserve is located on the corner of Heidelberg-Warrandyte Road and Harris Gully Road around the Country Fire Authority (CFA) building. A pedestrian path links Goldfields Shopping Centre and Warrandyte Reserve, and east to Gold Memorial Drive and Warrandyte State Park beyond.
The dominant features of the Reserve are Andersons Creek and its native vegetation values (Fourth Hill Biosite11 in Council’s Healthy Habitats Bushland Management Strategy 2012).

Launders Reserve is a small area between the Wonga Park shopping centre carpark and Yarra Street that functions as an urban plaza. It has a pedestrian path, seat, picnic setting and a horse hitching post beneath three large pines, and remnant vegetation which forms a buffer to the adjacent Freyne Street Biosite 7.

What's included in the upgrade?
The upgrade will include:
- new seats
- new picnic table
- new charcoal coloured concrete path
- rocks and planting.
The existing hitching post and pine trees will be retained.
When will it be done?
Construction is scheduled to begin in mid 2024 and will take up to a month to complete, depending on weather conditions. Construction will generally occur between 7.00am and 5.00pm on weekdays.
Works starting
Works will begin from the 5 August. This includes the footpath and furniture upgrade.

Join 12 sessions of yoga/chair yoga classes, held at Living and Learning at Ajani.
Please bring a yoga mat and your water bottle.
Weekly registrations are essential.
Visit The Pines on Lunar New Year's Day and enjoy traditional in-centre performances, including roving Lion Dancing and Chinese Dancing.
Performers will be roving, near Ferguson Plarre.
Other activities will be taking place from 29 January until 10 February, including giveaways and a pop-up Cherry Blossom Garden.

The concept design for Hepburn Reserve has been developed in response to community feedback and will include outdoor seating, a BBQ area, a drinking fountain, public art, large open lawn areas, a playspace, nature play, canopy tree planting, bike hoops and more.
