Book through Vitavo (VaxApp) from 1 November. No walk-ins will be accepted at this time.
October sessions, book via Central Immunisations Records Victora (CIRV).
From 1 November bookings are via Vitavo (VaxApp). You will need to register a new account through VaxApp.
Create and register with your email address on the Vitavo (VaxApp) portal. You will use this account for all future bookings.
Verify your account using the code sent to your email address from Vitavo (VaxApp).
Fill in the details for yourself, then on the next page fill in details for your child/dependent.
Complete the consent on Vitavo (VaxApp) and secure your booking.

Remember to bring your child's green book or record card.
When you arrive, check-in at the desk. Our team will assist you when ready.
After vaccination, we will ask you or your child to stay behind for 15 minutes for observation.
To change or cancel your booking, login to your account on Vitavo (VaxApp).
