Why didn't we collect your bin?
We may not have collected your bins if they were:
- heavy, overfilled and/or contaminated
The hydraulic arm on our trucks cannot collect bins that weigh more than 75 kg.
View what you can and cannot go into your bins for the next bin collection date. - obstructed or too close to a car, pole or another object.

If neither of these reasons apply, report your missed bin collection below.
When to report a missed collection?
Report your missed bin collection by 10.00am the day after your scheduled collection day.
