• Endorsement of the Councillor Gift Policy
• Amendment to MAV State Council Motion

One of Australia’s most important national occasions, ANZAC Day goes beyond the anniversary of the landing at Gallipoli in 1915. It is the day in which we remember all Australians who served and died in all wars and operational service past and present. Come along and mark the day at one of the RSL services in Manningham.

• 8.15 am: March

  Prior to the ANZAC service a march will commence at the Templestowe Hotel car park.

• 8.30 am: Service

  Templestowe RSL will hold an ANZAC service followed by a Gunfire Breakfast at the clubhouse at the conclusion of the service.

Mind Calm will be facilitated by group therapists and is suitable for those who are new to meditation and people who wish to explore or extend their current practice.

• Discover what mind stilling methods work for you. 
• Experience mindfulness.
• Learn breathing techniques.
• Practice different types of meditation.

This event has a series of four sessions.

Confused about what (and where) you can recycle your household waste and other items? 

This free face-to-face presentation is designed to you explore ways of identifying and managing different waste streams in your household. 

Nanna Anna will discuss the typical waste elements in a household including food, water, textile, energy, and Stuff; and showcase practical examples of effective waste management in each of these areas. Included in the presentation is a waste audit checklist you can use at home, and ideas on how to implement different management strategies. 

Registration is required and spots are limited.

Join the Aquatic playgroup at Aquarena and connect with other parents and babies.

Each session consists of water familiarisation for parents and babies, guided by a qualified swim teacher. All babies must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

The Aquatic playgroup is available for babies from three months to 11 months of age. 

Sessions run on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

• a swim nappy for the baby whilst in the pool

The Arabic Storytime session is a part of the Government Multicultural Storytime grant which will help our local libraries deliver Storytime programs for babies and young children in Arabic and Italian in Manningham.
