Through the Maternal and Child Health Sleep and Settling initiative, we are providing support for parents experiencing sleep and settling concerns with their young children.
During this in-person session, consultants will teach you an evidence-informed sleep and settling model of care.

In this interactive session you’ll get the chance to explore that missing bit. To find out why you’ve never stopped being a work in progress and that you can reconnect with that sense of yourself.

Carers Saturday cuppa and chat is a chance for all people who are currently caring for people with disability and mental health to reconnect and find support over a free cuppa.
The session will be facilitated by Dr Nakisa Malakooti. Dr Malakooti is a carer and a neuroscientist and has lived at Manningham for the last 27 years. She is a strong advocate for carers, disability, mental health and those with dementia.

Our Pines Learning and Activity Centre is ideal for meetings, conferences, functions or family occasions and can be hired until 11.00pm, seven days a week. It is located next to the Pines Shopping Centre.
Hosting a birthday party? Our facilities cater for children aged 12 years or under and adults aged 22 years and above.

We have a pricing structure to suit your needs. Bookings during the week are for a minimum of 2 hours, and 4 hours during the weekend.

These sessions provide women exclusive access to Aquarena 's facilities, ensuring privacy and cultural sensitivity while promoting physical well-being and community engagement.
Held on the last Sunday of each month, this evening is designed exclusively for women to enjoy access to the pool, along with new additions: a Dance Fusion group fitness class and Open Gym access.
All programs are run by female-only staff,.
Casual entry is $8.80 for adults and $7.70 for children. The event remains free for members.
Entry is between 8.15pm and 8.30pm, after which the doors will be locked and set to exit only.

Pest animals and insects can threaten our native species. Find out how you can control invasive species in Manningham to protect native wildlife and preserve our local environment.
Residents are responsible for the removal of pest animal and insects on their property.
Deer are a problem in Manningham with a variety of impacts for landowners including property damage, destruction of bushland and potential for road accidents.
Assistance is available to landowners through our Local Environment Assistance Fund (LEAF), including financial assistance for Deer Control.
You can help by recording sightings and evidence of deer in your local area into the FeralScan website or App - which is a free community pest animal mapping and monitoring tool.
Residents are responsible for the removal of wasp nests on their property and should contact a licensed pest control operator to safely and quickly eradicate the nest.
If a nest is found on Council land or on a neighbouring property, please contact us.

The Queensland Fruit Fly (Bactrocera tryoni) has recently been found in Manningham. They feed on a wide variety of fruits and vegetables and, when left unchecked, cause serious problems for the home gardeners and commercial growers.

Rabbits are one of Victoria’s most destructive and problematic pest animals.
State legislation requires all landowners to take measures to control rabbits. Control is defined as taking action to minimise impact and prevent spread.

Financial assistance to help control rabbits is available through LEAF grants. If you do not meet the LEAF criteria you can apply for fox and community rabbit control grants.
