Ruffey Lake Park steps trail
We are constructing a new challenging path between the creek circuit and Cricklewood Drive. The path will have 100 rock steps, providing a great workout and spectacular views across the valley. There will be several seating areas for a rest along the way.
Works will start mid-February and are expected to take three months to complete. Construction works should not impact other park activities.
Loved by locals and visitors and flaunted as the park that ‘has it all’, Ruffey Lake Park is popular for social gatherings and family reunions.
We have three kid-friendly picnic areas which have all the facilities you'll need. Our picnic shelters and barbecues are popular - so it's a 'first come, first serve' basis, with sharing encouraged.
