Italians have been making their own preserved tomato sauce base, known as passata, for centuries. Through this workshop, attendees will have the chance to learn about and participate in this rich tradition. 

Join Maria Ciavarella from My Green Garden for a hands-on class all about making traditional Italian passata from scratch. In this intimate workshop everyone will gain hands on experience for every stage of the process - from chopping to bottling. Attendees will also have the chance to take home their very own passata!

Please note: this event is for Manningham residents only, and tickets are very limited. The exact location will be advised after registration.
