EV Strengthening Communities in partnership with Manningham Council will be hosting an online workshop for sporting clubs in Manningham.
The session will be facilitated by CEO Viv Cunningham-Smith. Participants will be introduced to the core concepts needed to develop a successful volunteer program:
- how people want to volunteer now
- what opportunities you are offering
- how to recruit
- being inclusive
- setting up structures for your volunteer workforce
- inducting volunteers
- supporting your volunteer workforce
- working with Manningham Volunteer Resource Service (MVRS)
