TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
The Are you ready to FOGO? questionnaire and prize draw is being run by Manningham Council, 699 Doncaster Road, Doncaster Victoria, 3108 (Proponent).
Entry into the prize draw is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry to the prize draw is achieved by completing the questionnaire and providing a first name and email address or phone number.
The questionnaire is accessible via manningham.vic.gov.au/FOGO Entry into the prize draw is limited to one survey per person. Entry is free.
Manningham Council staff, contractors and Councillors are not eligible for entry to the competition. The Proponent may disqualify any entrant deemed to be not complying with the Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Entry Requirements at its sole discretion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The questionnaire commences at 12.00noon Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 29 May 2023 and concludes at 12.00noon on Monday 19 June 2023 (Promotion Period).
WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE INFORMATION
All participants who successfully complete the questionnaire and provide a first name and email address or phone number will be entered into the prize draw.
Three prize draws will be conducted at the conclusion of the promotional period, winners will be randomly selected. Winners are eligible for one prize only.
Winners will be notified by the contact details provided as part of their prize draw entry (via phone or email).
The winning entrants will each receive a worm farm. The Proponent’s random selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into once the final selections have been made. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
Prizes will be available for collection from the Manningham Council Depot at 620 Blackburn Road, Doncaster East.
No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize in this form. Winners will be notified on the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Manningham Council is committed to meeting its obligations under the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014.
We are collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting a prize draw in line with our terms and conditions. If you have provided an email address and selected to receive news updates from us this will be to provide Council and community updates and information via our eNews.
We will not disclose your personal information to any other external third-party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law. You may request access to information you have provided to Council at any time and request corrections if you believe that information is incorrect.
