Women and girls of all ages and abilities, come and join us at Aquarena for a Beginner Bootcamp session.

Boot camp is a type of group physical training program. These sessions are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of exercises.

What to bring: towel and drink bottle.

What to wear: comfortable exercise clothes and closed toe shoes.

Get outdoors and improve your wellbeing with these free yoga sessions, delivered by trained Aquarena Yoga instructors.

No prior experience needed, and people of all genders and ages are welcome to attend.

Please note: participants are required to bring their own exercise mat or towel to lay on the ground.

This a great opportunity to improve your health and wellbeing while connecting with others in the community.

Active Manningham will be running a free yoga/meditation class focusing on posture and breathing techniques through poses. Practiced slowly with more static posture holds.

Move mindfully and deliberately into different poses that work your strength and flexibility. Combined with focusing on relaxation and mindfulness at the same time, you will leave feeling refreshed, strong and free in body and mind.

Due to limited spaces registration is essential.

Manningham United is running a free come and try Soccer Mum’s program for This Girl Can week.

We encourage mums or anyone who wants to enjoying keeping active in a fun social environment to come and join us.

Manningham United typically runs a weekly Soccer Mums program. The program is overseen by Natalie one of our board members and coached by Penny and Mel. Each week up to 50 mums get together to have fun, socialise and participate in some soccer basics to some pumping music!

There is no skill requirement, all you need is runners, a drink bottle and an appetite for fun.

No registration required.

Badminton sessions for kids!

Sessions are every Tuesday 4.00pm to 5.00pm during term 2 of school.

For ages 5 to 12 years, all genders and abilities.

All equipment provided.

Come and Try Karate with The Family Dojo, Doncaster. Classes are led by female instructors.

We'd love our local girls to come try martial arts and find out just how powerful they can be!

This event aims to motivate and enable participants to discover local active opportunities within a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

These yoga classes are a great opportunity to improve your health and wellbeing while connecting with others in the community. Stretch your body and your mind. Yoga will help you improve your mental wellbeing and your flexibility, while providing you with some much-needed time for yourself.

No prior experience needed. All genders and ages are welcome to attend.

Participants are required to bring their own exercise mat or towel to to lay on the ground.

Join staff from Aquarena for a fitness session using the wonguim wilam Exercise Station and the surrounding natural space at wonguim wilam.

Sessions run for 45 minutes and are suitable for people of all genders aged 18 years and over.

No experience needed and all fitness levels welcome.

The wonguim wilam exercise station is located between the Kangaroo Ground-Warrandyte Bridge and the Warrandyte Bakery, underneath the bridge.

Active Manningham will be running a free Cycle Sprint class.

Gear up for an intense, exhilarating ride with our cycle fitness classes. Perfect for low-impact, high-intensity workouts that’ll get your heart racing.

Fast-paced, freestyle, indoor cycle workout. A series of climbing hills and sprints designed by your instructor but allowing you to workout at your own pace.
