Construction of the North East Link Tunnels is getting underway and parts of Bulleen Park will be used to support the major works.
When visiting Bulleen Park, you will notice new fencing installed nearby to the entranceway. You can drive in and out of Bulleen Park as you normally would and there is signage in place to assist you.
Bulleen Park will remain open for public use throughout construction of the North East Link Tunnels.
Upgrading sporting facilities at Bulleen Park
Bulleen Park will also undergo a major upgrade to football (AFL) and cricket facilities as part of the North East Link Project, with works expected to start in 2024.
The redevelopment will allow for continued use of the sporting and recreation facilities during the delivery and following the completion of the North East Link Project.
