Bats as Pollinators: Webinar

Join us for a webinar about the importance of bats to our environment. Learn more about our local megabat species, the grey-headed flying fox, as well as the microbats that call our city home! 

Tamsyn from the Fly By Night Bat Clinic will describe the lifecycle, habitat and role bats play as pollinators. 

You'll learn about how human activities, such as using certain garden netting, can affect local bat populations, and how to prevent harm by choosing the correct netting for fruit trees. The webinar will also explore the diversity and importance of local bat species.
