We’re installing safety bollards at Tunstall Square Shopping Centre, Doncaster East. 

When will the works take place?

Works will begin in early January 2024 and will take approximately two weeks to complete. This schedule may change depending on weather and programming.

What will be achieved?

We’re installing bollards along the footpath between 8 and 25 Tunstall Square, and 37 to 43 Tunstall Square. 

• The bollards will better separate vehicles from shopfront pedestrian activity.
• They will protect against vehicles accidentally mounting the footpath while parking.
• The spacing is designed to have one bollard per car space, which is typical for these installations.

What should I expect?

There will be temporary disruptions to some parking spaces while we install nearby bollards. We will work in small sections to minimise any impact on centre users. Please keep alert for construction and move safely through the area while works are underway.
