We have reopened our Civic Centre and happily welcomed our community back to our new look customer service area which has undergone extensive renovations over the last few months to create a flexible, accessible and welcoming space for all.

New front counter features include:

• Two new meeting rooms with multimedia capabilities for customers to meet with us
• Lower bench height for disability access
• A fresh new modern look, including a digital ‘What’s On’ screen
• Ergonomically designed workspaces

Our new space also complies with current COVID-19 restrictions. We have incorporated a concierge to welcome customers and to help create a COVID-safe environment.
