A fun, beginner-friendly workout designed just for teen girls! 

This class will take place in a supportive, private gym floor space, making it the perfect place to build confidence while getting active. 

You’ll move through a series of simple circuit exercises that improve strength, fitness, and coordination—no experience needed.

 For ages 15 to 24 years old.

What do I wear? comfortable exercise clothes and shoes

What do I bring? Towel and drink bottle
