Each session consists of water familiarisation for parents and babies, guided by a qualified swim teacher. All babies must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

The Aquatic playgroup is available for babies from 3 months to 11 months of age.

Sessions also run on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

What to bring:

a swim nappy for the baby whilst in the pool
swimwear/bathers
towels for the parent and baby
dry clothes for after the aquatic playgroup.
